S4 E4: Tips to Get Back to a More Active You!

What steps are you taking to stay active and fit? Are you plagued by inertia? Are you overwhelmed by the thought of working out?  In this episode, Danie and Maggie talk about the benefits of getting fit and setting attainable goals. They talk about the importance of weight lifting to counter bone loss. Engaging in regular exercise is a great stress reliever and helps you experience deep REM Sleep. Activities can range from taking a walk to playing racket ball to having sex!!
