We want to welcome her 1st Co-Host Show Coach Kay to the Podcast. Coach Kay and I met on Clubhouse and I am very excited to have her as a Co-Host starting today. Coach Kay is  a Life Coach and Certified Clinical Sexologist (life, love, and intimacy coach), she is a a wife and mother of 5 amazing children! Her practice is called Love & Intimacy 101, LLC An avid voice for the voiceless. She provides coaching for issues such as low self-esteem, identity loss (due to life changes), self-sabotage, career growth, family growth and more! She specializes in love, intimacy, relationship, self-esteem, and sexual and personal freedom. She is the creator of the Own Your Ish Sis! bootcamp which is a 5-week program that helps individuals mentally and physically.  She is also the host of the Fools in Love Couples Retreat. Her mission with her clients is to coach them through Life, Love & Intimacy

We speak with Guest Jerry Nehr, Speaker,Writer and Coach. Jerry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University and a Master’s Degree in Educational Counseling and Addiction Studies from the University of Detroit Mercy and has operated a training and consulting firm for over 20 years, with a focus on assisting organizations with their employee development goals and strategies.

 The topic is Eye Contact, Voices and Hugs..In this world of the pandemic these are topics we all have had too little of perhaps. We will find out what Jerry thinks about all of this and more as we discuss ways to connect and Jerry answers the Question we always ask here at Bringing Intimacy Back…. What does Intimacy mean to him?

Also we will look at how mindfulness plays into connections in our personal lives and professional lives, along with answering some questions about Social Media’s impact on our self image, How can we best show up as our best selves and 5 tips on how we can best connect now that many of us are using virtual spaces to work from.

We also get a look into what impact the virtual world has done to both highlight and diminish our connections with one another. Jerry also gives us a few Mindfulness exercises we can do for 5 to 7 minutes to prepare ourselves for more mindful connections.
